• Revenue share calculation and tracking
• Downline visualization and reporting
• Transaction tracking and commission management
• Document storage and compliance tracking

3. Account Registration

To use LucentBroker, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Ensuring your account information remains current and accurate

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the platform to transmit malware or harmful code
• Scrape, copy, or harvest data from the platform

5. Brokerage Responsibilities

If you are a brokerage administrator, you are responsible for:

• Ensuring your agents comply with these Terms
• Configuring accurate commission plans and revenue share structures
• Verifying agent information and credentials
• Maintaining appropriate records for regulatory compliance
• Paying subscription fees in a timely manner

6. Fees and Payment

LucentBroker charges subscription fees based on active agent count. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all fees as described in your subscription plan
• Provide valid payment information
• Accept that fees are billed monthly and non-refundable
• Acknowledge that we may change pricing with 30 days notice

7. Intellectual Property

LucentBroker and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by LucentBroker LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Data and Content

You retain ownership of all data and content you upload to LucentBroker. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content as necessary to provide our services. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any content you submit.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

LucentBroker is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for the accuracy of commission calculations—you should verify all payouts independently.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LucentBroker LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the platform.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LucentBroker LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to LucentBroker at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.
